Before we all wonder too much.
There is an issue and I'm 99% sure it'* not internal or anything to do with the cam or Gen V swap. The engine sounds great and starts right up.
Vibration would be the wrong word, the motor is shaking at the back end by the trans.
Belt path and pulleys are all good
Oil pressure is beautiful
Fuel trims appear better than ever
I took a quick vid last night and it doesn't show much at all. The car is shaking and therefore has not been run long. It was time to step away and think things over last night after posting it was running and tonight I REALLY need to get my taxes prepped for the accountant.
Having had many motors out of cars..Thinking back.. the flexplate didn't feel right. It only should bolt up one way. My thought is that somehow..I was able to perform the impossible. Standing next to it and seeing the problem is the only way to honestly try to diagnose it.
Let'* see if I can beat my PB on engine pulling...

Meanwhile the nice folks at Intense are also discussing this to assist with scenarios.
So far..bent crank is probably possible, and never seen before.
