X2

It'* interesting how it happened. I would think that you could pull an engine and swap them any number of times without ever encountering this problem. It'* just that 1::100 chance that it can get swapped 180* that Bill has just shown us how to look out for.

Good pics!

No.... S1 has an alignment hole. S2 doesn't, Hence why Bill had the 1:1,000,000 chance of getting it on there 180* off. S1 just gets lined up by the hole and you're done.

Admittedly I think the holes were egged and while I did start the bolts by hand..they weren't all super easy.

Some friendly Oregonians have sent a Tsunami our way...therefore logging miles is not going as quickly as planned. To date there'* about 40 miles logged and the car is running very well.

I've begun scanning (a little premature maybe) and it appears I'll be investing in larger injectors soon. Many of the people that perform this swap run a little lean and move to 42.5 injectors...some don't need them. The first couple scans appear to show me that tuning and possible injectors are needed.

John...John John..
The reason behind looking for new injectors is because I'm a little lean. Therefore..you probably won't get a 0-120 anything. It'* got some pep...but needs to be worked with and dialed in.

If the darn Tsunami would stop..I could drive more.

Tsunami?!? That means a very large wave.

Lots and lots of rain = monsoon. :P

Why didn't you just put the larger injectors on? They would still run low if you didn't need them, but would allow enough room for advancement. Just didn't want to spend the moolah?
