Very true Ben, typically the items you concentrate are at WOT, because that'* where you want the power to be.
In my case it was a bin file only w/o the car on hand. It'* what I called a "fat tune" meaning that it will push a little more fueling than one would "tune" their car for. Things like that. It'* my starting point.
WSS disable can be a beautiful thing. However the slight KR still shows at the low rpm. It'* CASE learn and see what happens. Hopefully that'* all I need and things are good. If not, I'll keep plugging away until I find and eradicate it from the car.

The light throttle KR battle continues.
The plugs and wires were a goose chase and all I ended up with...was smelly stuff.
Still have a leak at the SC. $^$$##$^&*()%$#$# used a different sealant on the threads of the plug. More research into this to come.
Thinking I might have a SC to LIM leak, gasket is on it'* way. Curbing any possible nose drive issues with bearings also on the way.
Probably crawling back around the motor tonight looking for anything that may be loose. The inconsistency and lack of problems in a scan from last night have me pulling at straws.

You mention the scan looks clean, what parameters are you scanning?
Could there be a blip in your maf table thats cutting fuel at a certain engine load thats causing the kr?
Can you post your scan so we can have a look and see if anything looks out of place?
