Just a thought... could it be torque management? After extensive modding, and with an Intense standard PCM, my car was having KR in the low end of 3rd and 4th with the TC locked. It was even logging knock sensor counts, but it wasn't actually knocking. When I went to Intense and they took out some of the torque management parameters from the PCM, all the "KR" disappeared completely. I wouldn't have believe it unless I had seen it myself. I would encourage you to try to remove some of your TM parameters from the PCM, unless it has already been done and you know it isn't the problem. Still, the conditions sound eerily similar to what I experienced.

A CASE learn is first on my list tonight after chatting with Todd while ordering some parts. (More presents for Bill...yea!!!!)
Silly me.. didn't want to do one right away and admittedly it'* a whole different engine, different crank position when originally started. It needs to be done. From there I'll get scans and take a good look at it. I've got some great GP tuning guys right down the road that I can ask for assistance as I learn how to tune.
The basics though.. It'* together, it'* running, oil pressure is great and my supercharger is ugly compared to Haro'*, and I think the bearings in the snout might be on their way south. I wouldn't trade Haro though.

Congrats on the "endurance" run. A CASE learn sounds like a very good idea and makes some sense. Hopefully the lower RPM stumble will disipate like tire smoke on a blustery Connektikutt day

Yes get that case learn done... The PCM does not know the true location of the crank... After a case learn the car should be a little happier... Let us know how it goes

I was wondering if they left any TM in there, but I guess not. Well, in that case, keep on searching. You might want to double check the TM to be extra sure, but other than that a CASE might really benefit you at this point.
EDIT: I might also add that when I was at Intense they focused much more on WOT programming than part throttle. Not saying they did this in your case, but Scott was more intent on getting my WOT fueling, spark, etc., dialed in than anything to do with cruising. Just a thought.
