I finished LIM porting tonight. I must say, mine are not as pretty as Bill'*. I port matched the LIM ports to that of the new gasket (plastic part). I feel kinda stupid, as I also did some porting inside of the port itself, were as I now notice Bill ported only the edge. Tile cutting bit did the job. Speaking with Nate more on the topic, i decided not to polish to much, however, i did polish my SC inlet. Cleaned the crap out of the lower intake, got 99% of the aluminum filings out, cleaned up all gasketing surfaces, and re fit, and tourqued to spec.
Please tell me, that my porting will not **** up how good my car ran before.

Matt, not sure how you described your LIM porting, but I ported the entire depth of the LIM outlet ports. Not just the outer edge.
Did you 'roll' the edges of the outlet like I did on the SC?
Paul, a buddy of mine at work rebuilds and matches injectors. We have quite a pile of S1 L67 injectors here already. First two sets so far were flowmatched to less than 1%.
He'* the guy with the big homebuilt red dragster.

Okay, yah i went right inside the port with the big and ported inside as deep as i could go, tired to make it all as flush with the outside edge as possible,...I cleaned up the SC a tad bit.
A few spots on some of the ports are larger than the gasket plastic lip..that a problem? hehe

yeah i managed to keep the natural curve in the bottoms of the ports, but a few are larger than the gasket.
