Matt.. on the CAI coupler...

How much smaller? I put a little silicone lube inside the TB lip of my coupler...caught the bottom edge and then worked my way up with my hands inside it pushing it on. Made for a great fit.

Bolts orderd from GM
EMs back on and together, nothing is tourqued down yet however, all went together fairly easy..
front manifold isnt painted, just polished, good ole elbow grease there...im pretty sure that will tarnish and turn back to what it was before hahah...
I opted not to paint the EM'*, for fear that one day, it might bubble up again..And well, i couldnt decide on colors.

Matt...no matter how many times I see it. The cleanliness of that motor impresses me every single time.

Keep up the great work.

Isn't there anything you can put on the manifold to preserve the shine to it?

I did. I used clear Hi-temp ceramic header paint on mine. 2 light coats to make it easier to clean.
