Sorry. I mean I did that to my LIM after carefully masking the gasket surfaces.

I didn't use a sealer other than CD2 (after painting the grooves) on my valve covers.

i think im gunna spend some money on some good cleaning products, and some hi temp clear, I would like to preserve that clean look as much as possible...
Since i am re doing another LIM..i might follow suit
