Sweet, will do, i want VERY clean nice lookin parts to reinstal.
We use sand only, some parts of the province use salt though, were my car was originally, Calgary, they don't use salt, just like Red Deer.
hehe if it surpasses Dr.Jays thread, then, my job is done hahah
I want to get all the hard parts done and reinstalled, aka, EMs, LIM, SC, all that good stuff, then i will send my FIs away, test fire it once those are done, send my pcm to gm tuners..i think...and go from there....Actron will be orderd before i re-start it

Sounds like a damn good plan, Matt. Just don't overlook suspension and brakes in the process.

Looks like you have a good start to it... Can you get any closeups of the from and rear EM like of where it mounts to the head - I'd like to see a before and after.

Don't run anything in the Vulcan made of aluminum. I fear you'll mess up your gasket surfaces.

Even your EM'* may have to be re-stoned on the mating surfaces. Or tape those off first.

Matt...looks good and very clean.

To clean gaskets surfaces I have a small right angle DA grinder. Basically a small right angle drill. There'* a post that attaches with a flat round end. Within that is a thread. You screw brown scrub pads onto it and a quick squeeze of the trigger and your surface is clean.

See what too many years of working with a mechanic does to you?
