You do know there might be dirt or residue inside the exhaust pipes right?

Used Lower intake manifold arrived tonight, i soaked it, cleaned it, pressure washed the hell out of it, did basically the same ammount of cleaning to it i did to the oringal one.
I also got it ported with my new bit tonight, worked out wonderfully, not a problem, these ports are nice, uniform and clean.
It will run very soon.

Backside of new manifold, you can tell its original car wasn't maintained as well cause, look at mine after the same ammount of cleaning effort..(mine wasnt even CLOSE to being that dirty too btw)


Removing the original coolant port from the new manifold, the one that was in my old one is the newer stronger one that doesnt break lol

Soon my dusty SSEi we will cruise again

Tomorrow i need to buy Thread locker for the LIM to engine bolts, Sealant for the corners of the new lower intake gaskets, SC oil, and my belt

That blue peice, my other bonneville had that, and ive spoke with Ryan, so does his.

I used a carbide twist bit, it worked like no other.

Thanks for the comments, i find i pay FAR closer attention to detail on this car versus others I have owned lol.
I bought some SC oil today and have to buy gasket maker for the four corners on my LIM gaskets, basically attaches the rubber runner seal to the actual LIM gasket to head.
And Red Loctite i will be using.
Boys she coming along, I am aiming for a late night tommorw and crusing the streats of Red Deer Saturday.
Caling for like 25 degrees farenhite, but, thats fine, clear outside.
