That'* awesome! You're really moving fast with this project. No pressure, but are you going to have a valve on the PCV, and will there be some rerouting of the intake tubing?

No and no, sending boost into the crankcase is not a good thing! LOL

As for the intake tubing, for now this will have to do. I don't have any money to have a system built. The turbo side of the charge pipes are fine and I'm gonna call them permanent. The throttlebody side is another story. I really need to relocate the o2 sensor.

I was kind of referring to a small valve that sits where the filter is now and then the filter on that valve. It'* not really supposed to make contact with the intake, and it shouldn't look much different than it does now. I have that on the Alero, and it helps me collect nasty-looking gunk in the PCV area. I don't know why that'* an advantage.

I spent a lot of time tuning today. I've got a great idle. Throttle response has improved greatly.

It'll sound a lot better once I put the exhaust on.

I got the o2 sorted out today. Now I can turn on autotune.

I put a load on the engine by putting it in drive and holding the brake pedal. Then autotune makes corrections to my fuel curve based on o2 readings.

In this video, watch the EGO Correction gauge. If it goes over 100, it'* adding fuel to the curve, under 100 and it removes fuel. I downloaded the fuel map off of the internet from a guy who was running a turbo 3400 on a megasquirt. You can see that once it starts to spool, the map i downloaded is actually pretty accurate.

Wow, did I just see it autotune itself a bit? I noticed the second time around on the gas pedal, you didn't actually have too much of a fueling issue.
