Almost almost almost done. I will try to fire it tomorrow. Need to buy coolant oil and an oil filter.

Looks like I might have a problem with clearance with O2 sensor and charge pipes.

Oh and a belt. Need to figure out what size to buy since I'm not using an A/C compressor.

Congrats! I suggest that you make a temporary second air box in front of the throttle body so that instead of getting a straight tube out of it, you create a large baffle to hold air as more flows in from a tube that runs to the box from another angle/side.

IT FIRED!

Sure it only ran for a moment, but right now the megasquirt needs a lot of information from me. But! This means that I'm getting spark and fuel! Not to mention I wired the damn thing right! I am so stoked! Now the real work begins.

well, if you need any of the more delicate info from a GM ECM to fill into some megasquirt tables, LMK.

****... failboat.

Apparently my oil return is not flowing well enough if at all. I think the hose may be kinked by the transmission. There is oil pouring out the compressor side of my turbo. I've only run the motor a total of probably 20 seconds so hopefully it didn't do too much damage.

Good work! That'* very, very cool. I wish you the best of luck.

EDIT: Oh, I missed that last post. Well, I think your engine should be just fine. Patch it back up and keep going!

By the way, do you have a MAF sensor? I think at least Megasquirt 1 didn't have one, but it was "missing" quite a few other things, too.

Im not using one, but I can wire one in. Actually there are a lot of things I'm not using right now. I still need to wire in knock sensors, fans, and I still need to wire in the torque converter clutch.
