I went back to stuff I did last January and found when I moved the transmission wiring the other day, the two wires I cut were power for the TCC PWM sol and the TFT sol. I just fixed that.
Took out one last EGR code and it seems ok, but it is still idling kind of high and the timing is showing -20 to -16deg. I think it might need a CASE learn. I'll try that next.
