Here are some pictures of the intercooler system coming together. A Geo Storm radiator will serve as the heat exchanger. I have a Grianger pump and a bunch of reinforced vinyl tubing (I like the looks of it).
Geo Storm Rad, fits like a glove! (not a leather, blood-stained glove, OJ)

Well, not totally true, b/t it and the o/* tranny cooler, I had to remove the airbag module and secondary hood latch. (I'll need to put a strap under there somwhere incase the latch fails)

The hood even shuts with no cutting!

I have a Toyota 4-runner condensor pusher fan I'll run off the same relay as the i/c pump. This little sucker (pun intended) realy moves some air!

I'm afraid OJ won't be reading this thread, so your pun may go just snickered at. That'* good, too. Just not OJ-good.
Please get the tubing done! That'll look so sick when it'* finished! Man, your Bonneville is the coolest, right after either one of mine... But really, good job on that radiator/Toy fan idea. It looks pretty good. I can't vouch for it looking stock, but you probably broke through that threshold with a chainsaw quite a while ago. Chrome! Chrome! Please get tons of chrome to dress that baby up so that I hurt my eyes when I see your engine in person!

May I request chrome-top bolts? The one thing that would let me approach your car even closer than I'd normally predict without hurting myself would be black tubes running all over the place. Conduit on every 2nd/3rd snake would be very nice on the eyes.
And how fast does your car go?

BINGO!!!!!! What did I say? "about 300 at the wheels"???
How'* 310whp and 400wtq?????? on Combined 16psi. Sound low? it is... without the intercoolers plumbed and cooling, the pcm was only allowing a measly 3deg timing!!!!
There'* another 50-60whp if I can get it to run on 18-20deg timing! And that'* only at 16psi! On 20-22 it'll be damn near or over 450whp.Things are looking good!
Ex. I am getting coolant goo in the oil cap from somehwere.I hope it;* justa re-torque on the intake bolts. I put new GM updated aluminum gaslets in there when I built engine.
??? cross your fingers for me!
