WOW!!! That'* is very impressive.... You need to get a real CAI or FWI on there and really get going. I know it'* just an L36, but that stock air box (gutted or not) with a K&N drop in is just too restrictive, considering what else you've done to the car.

Next mods:

FWI
L26 aluminum UIM
L26 to L36 TB adapter
1.9 rockers
LS6 valve springs
OR PR'*
ZZP UD WP pulley (currently sitting here in my garage)

Followed by Don making the first 14 second run at a track in a NA 3800 powered Bonneville, here on BC.

TJ, no offense, bud, but you'll be hard pressed to beat an L36 with a port-matched LIM with what you have in your sig. You'll have to have ideal track conditions. All things being equal, you've got some work to do. And you know what it is. To get the most out of your HV, you need to do the LIM. To get the most out of rockers, you need to do the LIM. The L36'* weak spot is that LIM.

yea i may have some work ahead of me. I want to get the injectors out of the way, how i can get a gain out of this powerlog. Then federal tax return comes in about 5 more weeks, and i am doing LIM, gaskets, and HV3.

Very impressive, Don.

Now I know what I'm doing soon. I still would love to meet up with you and compare the cars....

Again, very impressive.

Those rockers do add quite a bit more power....
I doubt he'd be 'hard pressed'.

Oh man....I can't wait to get over there and lay down some Goodyear snot.

I drove it *during* it'* learning curve, and it had a very fat 2nd gear pulling ability. Those runs are very impressive indeed. But beware...those that seek absolute power...end up fragging their trans And Don, I believe yours a bit on the moooooshy side.
