Let'* hold off on that for about 3 weeks. I'd like to get the 2nd test car up and running first, particularly with yours down hard right now.

They're not POLISHED. They're smoothed. Polishing would net very little if any further benefit.

Dremel tool. Get creative. With the varying radius corners from top to bottom, you have to use a wide selection of dremel bits and accessories to get it even.

I shipped it Saturday afternoon with a gauranteed Thursday delivery. Looks like it took a slingshot route.

The runners may look different visually (partly because of lighting/flash), but to the touch, the surfaces are all the same feel.

I was talking with Chris Miller of FIE today about flowmatched injectors, and we discussed the benefits, particularly when the LIM is matched from port-to-port. You REALLY benefit from a near-perfect set of injectors at this point.

The ports on Don'* manifold are perfectly sized to his head ports, as are Mike1995'*.
