Turtle on the dyno
Sorry if this was brought up before, but will Turtle post some info on how he did that to his Bonne, or is it simply the Turbo making most of that HP? I want my SE to go fast also...
This is a HELLUVA lot more than just a Turbo, and the Turbo setup itself wasn't cheap or easy. Imagine giving your car to a NASCAR engine builder for 6 months. That'* very nearly what this is.
Yea, I can imagine it was just more than the turbo. If I am reading that right, he is able to switch on and off his turbocharger? Yea, that is a lot of money. He races it, right? Was there any topics that I missed with pics of his car (besides the most recent) or a list of everything he done to it? I mean, thats more than a Corvette puts out, aint it?

Im just wondering how 400 fwhp GTP'* run 10'* and your running 13'* with 700 fwhp. Is it because of the torque, and the flat curve from the root'* blowers?

I think Turtle'* biggest problem besides fuel management is traction. He mentioned this earlier. He doesn't race the car. It'* actually somewhat of an everyday driver between wrenching.

Tranny`* been gone over with a fine toothcoomb.....Hugh our trnny guy built it...to withstand high stress ...so far bullet prove.....i`ll redo my profile with cam spec`* and tranny spec`*......first run last july fresh out box was 13.041/118.29.... Will is gettin my timeslips also from last year ...since i need both hands for my walker....

ok to clear a wee matter up the 13 /118 run was done before turbo set up that was using the nitrous setup only that was in the hign 400-low 500 mark......the turbo runs where lil quicker
and because i don`t have a rollbar in it i have to go track to track so i can get one to two runs in before i get the boot from tech for no rollbar....tomorrow i repost my profile as what i have in and the cam/piston/ tranny spec`* and what was done to it....well most of it
some stuff is one-off from our race/CNC/machince shop
