(does that mean I shouldnt post bill?)
Anyway I kind think its a bit harsh that a link to this thread has been spread all over the internet with some not to kinds words said about the people in power/turtle. I still believe the guy has a hard core car, but I would be defending myself or admiting to taking the charts from other places. The guys 46years old, surly he felt there would be no harm in doing this because he felt the dyno times where similer to his car.

Just because he feels that his car has 700+ horsepower, doesnt mean it actually does. People have pointed out that the dyno graphs have been taken from other car dynos and seemingly doctored to appear as his. I think all of us will be happy when turtle comes forward and defends himself. Until then we will all have to be patient.

Not everyone goes over there. Just kinda saying what I saw, it'* not the biggest deal to me at the moment right now. The more I look at things, the more I realize what has, and what hasn't been going on around here for some time. Hope everyone'* toes are ok.

We all feel rubbed a little raw here, personally my toes are so bruised feels like they are going to fall off.

A little emotional control and maybe some legit proof of claims might make our lives just a little easier.

I dont think thats to much to ask. For the good of ALL of us.

There'* a very simple answer to that, Joe. Because the members of this site/club asked the Admins to take on the responsibility of verifying track/dyno times. Somebody has to, right? Hector (a former admin....99BonnevilleSE) and I have been the recipients of timeslips, pics, videos, and dyno sheets for some time (over a year) from Turtle. We don't have the time to run around all over the internet on the assumption that everyone feeds us BS. There'* some level of trust involved, especially when the evidence is overwhelming. It wasn't until this thread, that someone had the opportunity to question the verification with hard facts. We don't tolerate BS calls here, unless they're backed up with real evidence. This time, it was.

We've done the best we could. Would everyone here prefer to nix the 1/4 page, and prevent any member from posting performance numbers? Or do we put this behind us and continue on the way we always have?
