The issue is mechanical, not programming.
Was testing the other night
Pressure at the tank, before rail, at rail
Voltage at sender connection
Flow...
Flow was failing miserably.

I wish I could help Boosty but I can not do it Captain. Although I've owned a Bonneville for many years, I've never really gottin into the mechanical aspect of it until I joined this forum. EFI'* and */C and all the electronics are fairly new to me.
Sorry My Brother.

As Pat mentions..
There are quiet a few of us brainstorming as to what could be the isse. Intense is helping regarding the fuel pump side. The pump is a new Walbro, and exibiting similar symptoms (pressure wise) to previous pumps. However it added the volume issue. Being a mechanical fix/diagnosis, let'* not try to diagnose it in this topic. But know..we will learn from my experience and when the information is available, it'll be posted to help others.

New fuel pump is in and so far things look good. Further testing to happen this week. At this point, Pete'* over to do lower intake gaskets and my plan is to get the parts installed on my car.
Being realistic, I should have it back up and running by next weekend. (Under promise, over deliver)
