Yeah the door sticker should call for 30psi. Some people run them at 35 but I wouldn't go any higher than that or you'll wear the centers out of the tires before the rest of the tires are worn.

35 in the car, 45-50 in the truck. Even treadwear all the way around.

Fix my turn signals in my truck, the flasher went bad. Also programed my eprom chip for my truck and hooked the ECM for it. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll program the transmission and start the engine first time in over 3 years, but rebuilt top end awhile back.

the 17'* on my monte call for 30 on the sticker, i may go to 32-33 if i go on the highway for a trip but usually just run the same as the sticker says. the 16'* on my old 03 said 35 and it was the same deal i ran 38 on hwy and got significantly better mileage. didnt wear uneven either.

You know why they say 30 right? Because it makes the ride better. My door says 30, but eff that.

Finished the little Vibe off today then put some accessories on a new truck. Then I get word the owner of the dealership walked through the shop last night and was disgusted how my bay looked. Well sorry, but I have an engine apart in a million pieces, of course there'* gonna be some oil and coolant on the floor, parts and tools all over the place. Everything was organized but yes it looked like a disaster zone. But hey, what the hell do you want me to do? Put all the parts in the front seat? Service manager said I can't have a job tomorrow til I have a clean bay. I rolled my eyes and left without saying anything. Came home and got on the job bank website and sent 3 resumes out. One as a forklift mechanic, one to a BMW dealer in Ottawa looking for a tech and one to the Ottawa International Airport working deicing planes and working outside.

I'm absolutely sick of the place I work at now and feel sick to my stomach every morning having to get up and go to work at that crap hole. Really hoping I get a call from the BMW dealer, that'd be fun!

I tried to program my transmission today and that was a failure. I couldn't get transmission computer to respond to my laptop.

Also blew a fuel hose at the gas tank on my truck. I ended up dropping the tank and changed 2 hoses with the right hoses. The hoses that were on the truck were 25 years old and were for TBI not MPFI, probably why one of them blew.

i welded up a spare tire holder, then welded up a Cherokee receiver upside down so my boss can winch up dead cars with the hitch winch he has.
