I put some air horns in my car. A little high pitched, but I'm gonna play around with hose lengths to see if I can make any difference. I also started work on my SRI. I have a cheap filter on the end of my intake right now, but I'm planning on picking up a proper CAI filter and some PCV pipes to extend it a little further to the fender well. I've been working 7am-4pm all week and haven't really had much interest in doing a lot with the car when I get off. I get paid Friday, so I'll probably get some done then.

i removed the rear spindle assy from a 93 saturn, then removed the snapped in half trailing arm from the other side. after that, which took about 2 hrs without a torch. bent a 6 foot gas line i was using as a cheater pipe. then i fixed a 99 grand am window regulator. fun times.

Today is kind of a slow day, ended up diagnosing a cruise control problem on a 94 Deville. Then got a 4 wheel brake job on a 06 STS, then finished the morning with a PDI.

Finally installed my phantom grill on my truck today. That grill sat in my kitchen for over a year.

Finished off my brake job after 3 tries to get the front rotors the right size. WHY does GM have to make 4 different sized front rotors for a STS?! The idiot who designed this should be clubbed in the head numerous times with a big wrench! I could see one size for the STS and one size for the STS-V but not for the base model, geez! Another PDI or two to finish the day.

My SRTA (GM rebuilt transmission) is coming for my Saturn Outlook tomorrow so I'll get that job finished and get my own bay back.

they have been doing that forever why not just put bigger brakes on everything, when i was Trying to get parts to do all four on my dads 03 ecsb 2wd 1500 every parts store went by something different, one went by size, which you dont have before you tear it apart, one went by gvwr which isnt easy if you arent looking at the truck. somehow i ended up with the right fronts and the wrong rears, had to stop with the truck torn apart drive an hour out of my way because there are no good parts places by me. its very aggravating
