I posted on Paypal so they don't close the dispute. So, the dispute is now a claim. The seller had responded once to tell me that he didn't see the pictures and wanted to see photos of what the clear corners are supposed to look like. I told this seller just to look at the auction of the clear corners, and there has been no response since. I'll probably with this claim be able to get my money back. I'm not sure about where these weird clear corners will end up. Probably on my ricer, if I ever get that thread going again.

Just got an updating email from Paypal. Even though yesterday I posted on Paypal to make the dispute a claim and added more info, here'* what I got:

Dear Radomir Jordanovic,

The dispute that you opened regarding payment to k2motor on Nov 29, 2007
(Transaction 2D899016Y3359420M) has automatically closed because it has
been open for more than 20 days.

We hope that the situation has been resolved.

Thank you,

PayPal

This is dumb. I guess I can't go to the resolution center and continue with this because it'* been more than 20 days. What a horrible system. I'm definitely going to get my money back for all this garbage.

I left a negative review of the seller on eBay. This is absolutely terrible. I also contacted PayFoe and told them that they had closed a dispute I had asked to be elevated to a claim. I'm going to ride this out and see how far it goes. For now, no one order from cosmodynamic.

That sucks, I've been lucky enough to not have any problems with eBay.

Here I bought my Clears from this person:

Although I paid more

I think they've all got the same supplier. This is horrible. I gave Paypal a call today, and they told me that neither do I have any input to raise the dispute to a claim, nor do they show sending me an email about the dispute being escalated. I can no longer go through Paypal, but I'll see how eBay can handle this, and I'm also going to contact the seller again.

The clear corners seller contacted me! I wrote a negative review on eBay, and then I got a generic eBay message telling me the seller would like to dispute this review.

Here'* my message:
I see this situation is not really clearing up nicely. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the negative review, but it seems I am still stuck with the second-time-around incorrect product. In the last email, you had asked me for pictures of the proper clear corners. However, the pictures are in the auction. You have these pictures. Please look at them, and then compare them to the Photobucket links I have sent you. You just need to copy and paste these links, and you will see the pictures I have taken of the incorrect clear corners. I know better results can be achieved because I am a member of BonnevilleClub.com, and this issue has been brought up. Quite a few members have been following along, and it is strange to pretty much all of them as many have dealt with you and have only good things to say. Especially because of that, I am surprised at my current situation. Please let me know how we can clarify this. Thank you very much!
Here'* their response:
Dear Customer:

Due to the reason that our email inbox is often occupied, old emails are not always properly saved. In this case, we would like to ask you to provide a link for us where your pictures are stored. The picture should show the incorrect item compare to the one in auction. Then,

, our return and exchange department will inspect the case and determine whether the problem can be fixed, or should a replacement/refund be sent/issued.

We appreciate you choosing CosmoDynamic and are looking forward to provide better service for you.
Here'* my response:
Hello, and thank you very much for getting back to me. Here are the pictures of the clear corners I got:

http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...e/P1010982.jpg
http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...e/P1010984.jpg
http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m...e/P1010985.jpg

These clear corners are entirely different from the 92-95 Bonneville look, and the ones shown in your auction are the ones I'm hoping to get. Thank you so much for continued support, and I hope we can get all of this cleared up very shortly.

Thanks again,
Radomir Jordanovic
So, there you are. How do you think it'* going?
