I STILL have not gotten a reply from them. So, what do I do now? If this really goes down the drain, my dad'* Aerostar is getting a new front. Please save the Aerostar by helping me get out of this.

They are going to string you along until you can no longer make claims. I would contact Ebay, and Paypal and go forward with this. If I recall, you have already given negative feedback. Don't change that. Fortunately, you're not out a great deal of money.

Before contacting eBay, should I let them know that I will forward their extortion letter? That would be fantastic. Can we write another letter together? No pressure, Bugsi

I contacted them again after posting, and I wrote this:
Quote:
I have not received a response from you regarding my last email. Please respond and let me know when I will receive the refund. Thank you very much.
I didn't want to write much, and I figured they might not be reading these anymore. However, I can start the new letter properly.

Dear K2Motor / Cosmodynamic,

I have been waiting for a response from you considering the refund. I need action taken on your part. The negative feedback exists still because it is a true reflection of my twice received incorrect package experience. I cannot take down the feedback as per your demands because this is extortion. However, I am willing to work with you to undergo quality service to return the incorrect package. This will warrant the removal of the negative feedback since my experience with you by then will have been excellent shipping times and a long string of communication - not negative. Please let me know how to ship the package back for a refund of my money.

[Closing]

Can we work with that? Is work necessary? If it seems too strange, I haven't slept since yesterday. If it is fine, then I should probably sleep less.

Count your days from the time of the transaction. If I recall you cannot do anything with ebay or paypal after ninety days, including changing your feedback. Thay may be why they wanted you to change it by the end of the month. I think dealing with them any further is a waste of time. Like I said, I believe they are stalling you now.

I could write them a letter saying they're stalling and that needing the feedback removed is extortion. That seems about right to me.

If the feedback can't be withdrawn, I'll shut down their account. I'm tired of this. No way can you treat someone this poorly!

Quit dicking around with them! They are stringing you along! Contact Ebay and Paypal. They know damn well if they string you along long enough you will not be able to file a dispute or claim with Ebay or Paypal. I had it happen to me.

BS.. it'* time for them to decide what they want more - negative feedback, or a little loss of money.
I wouldn't remove the feedback until you have contacted ebay and paypal.. if you remove the feedback, and they don't give you a refund, you may be SOL
