Perhaps after they send me the proper clear corners package, we can all have a binge party.

Well, yes. That, too. I actually meant we could binge on Whoop A$$. But in fact, I like your idea better.

And though it may be a bit too early, I do not yet have a response from them. It'* strange. I'm going to host the pictures on theradomir.com to see if they can open them if again they don't work. Probably the office is foreign, and if so, they may be having some DNS issues. Once, a Canadian couldn't access some US-based DNS. It'* weird, so I'll cut the seller some slack for this.

So, I'm up for either a refund or another exchange attempt. I'm very tempted to do another exchange just to see what would happen. The review on eBay so far is negative, but I have around 20 days left to take it down. Should I just take the refund, withdraw the negative feedback, and buy the clear corners elsewhere? I would actually like to ship it in again at no cost to me and get another package, this time the correct one because I'd send a request to open the box before shipping it and will provide printed out pictures. I've come this far, and usually the third time'* the charm. Which option is the better way to go about this?

That seems fairly reasonable. Plus, I hadn't made any mention of removing the negative feedback.

BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

You're absolutely right, and I'll take a refund.

Ok, I'm crazy. I missed the shipping deadline because I spent the time I had to ship this out just working on my car. Well, I asked them to send me another return slip, and here'* what they sent me:

Dear Customer:

Hi my name is Karen and I am the Human Resource of this company. I notice that you had left us a negative feedback on ebay. If you withdraw the negative feedback with us, we will issue you another return label so you can ship the corners back at our cost, also, you have the choice of either a refund or a replacement. Please notify me as soon as the negative feedback is withdraw and I will issue you the return label right away. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 626.369.2580 Ext.109 or you can email me directly at karen@k2motor.com

Thank you
Karen

I want to ask them for their address now to return the item at my cost and get a refund. What would you do, aside from having sent in the package on time?

Hmm, sounds like extortion to me...talk to the cops?

Seriously, get in contact with eBay again and forward them that email.

Either that, or withdraw the feedback, then file it again if possible after they get you the right piece. At this point, just tell them to take it back and give you a refund, though.

Yeah, is extortion the word? I know I'm on the net, but I'm not going to look it up here. I have a law textbook somewhere in my room. Help me write the response, please. Here'* what I'm thinking:

You have provided poor service in twice sending me the wrong clear corners. Based on my experience with your company, I left a poor review on eBay. Here should go something about leaving that review alone. I appreciate you shipping back the first incorrect package, and I am grateful for your notion to receive the second incorrect package. However, I will not take part in participating in your extortion, and I am tempted to forward your email to eBay.

This is only for fun. Your ****-poor HR department should explode. All right, back to normalcy. Please give me your shipping address so that I may return the package. I would appreciate another return label, but judging from the circumstances, I can see the pros and cons of either choice. I can only take back the negative feedback legitimately, so if its removal is important to you, please help me keep all actions within moral and legal bounds. Once the package arrives, I would like to have my money refunded, please.

If we can turn this situation around and have both parties start working at it professionally, I would like to take back the negative feedback and comment positively based on your free shipping labels and continued efforts to replace my clear corners. Please help me shove in more strong statements all throughout here. Also, more fun text: I will come to your office and urinate on the carpeting and some office furniture.

So, what do you think so far? I'd like to be able to answer fairly soon, but I'm open to detailed revisions as well.

Not to sound harsh, and I can see what you've been through, but you missed the shipping deadline?

I have stopped shopping eBay for items such as this for this very reason. My experience came with cell phones. Three bad phones before I got one that worked 95% I cut my losses and just kept the last working thing I got.

I would file a complaint with eBay, return the item, get your refund, and deal locally if you can. The price of local service is totally worth it. I feel your frustration, man.
