Yes, the time stamps help. Good point... I didn't really think about that!

It was a good idea to email them. They told me they had sent me shipping labels, and I gave them a new email address to see if that fixes the issue. I work from 10-4 tomorrow, the exact hours the UPS store is open. Hopefully, this time I won't forget.

So, this seems to be going pretty well. Although they're making out the removal of negative feedback to equal another shipping label, all other things seem fair. In a way, even though I want my money back and some new, good clear corners, I want to see what else can go wrong.

$33.99 was refunded to me at 1:53 PM EST today. This is awesome! Now, let'* make it to 8 pages or so with people telling me how awesome this is.

Considering all you went through just to get money back for something you did not order, I would hardly call that "Awesome". I'm glad you did prevail though. I agree, do not change the negative feedback. Have they left feedback for you? If they have not, and then post negative for you, you can always respond to their negative by explainining what they put you through.

I haven't checked the feedback recently, but they have so far not left feedback. Yes, it'* probably not "awesome," but probably on a relative level it is at least a little nice.
