I just got the clear corners shipped out for free! I just didn't have any tape, so I paid UPS $1 to close the packaging. It'* fine otherwise, though. I'll have these clear corners very soon!

I got back the package today! I opened up the box, and inside it was another box. I opened the first flap, and then I stopped.

I got the exact same clear corner package again! (Read: the absolute most incompatible headlights with my car that I can ever imagine.)

What'* happening here?

Well, for whatever reason, they seem to be convinced that you own a 91-96 Park Avenue.
Beyond that, I haven't a clue...

I'm not going to email them right now. I have to cool off. This is just dumb.

I had the same problem with year one. i was ordering a shift boot for my 97 firebird. they sent it 3 times, all three looked like they were for cavaliers. it had a label on the box that said "93-97 f-body shift boot". i just asked for a refund, im guessing it was mispackaged from the supplier(gm in my case), that may be whats going on with your order, they had a batch from whoever manufactures them mispackaged. ask them to visually check them before they ship it....

I will. Would it be acceptable at this point to reject outright all packages that don't seem to have been opened?

Been over a month now and you still don't have the correct part. There is a time limit you have in Ebay to post a negative comment or file a complaint. I don't recall how long that period is. Read through the dispute process closely so that time does not transpire. I had a vendor string me along so long it was to late to post negative comment or file a complaint with Ebay. It is really odd that you got the same wrong parts again. It sounds like this vendor is trying to correct the problem but something is certainly screwed up.

I've gotten from them and it was good....Maybe they ran out and are trying to play you? I'd get serious now honestly.

The thing is that they sent me a box inside a box! That must mean that they just threw this box into their shipping box and sent the stuff my way. I was just thinking about that eBay thing. I have 2 more days, and 1 more day in about a minute, to file a complaint, I think.

All right. I've sat on this for a bit, and now I'm ready to handle it. Can you guys help me put together a quick email to them?
