Got the manual open.

Pin E is supplied from Fuse 7D 10amp for TCC in the IP fuse block. That'* typically the driverside. Should be hot in run and start.

WOW...I've had the simplest of fixes go flying by nose because I was looking to deep and analytical at solving the symptom and not finding the root cause. You're taking it well......you the man!!!!
