Got that headlight switch put in..And determined it to have a bad MAF not coil packs..tomorrow ill put an maf in it and have to figure out why its not working then fix the 4wd in an 01 suburban

i thought u said it was a 70?

as for me, i replaced my tps. my car is idling at 400 rpm for the first time since i bought it


one of my hid'* is starting to look yellow now. i guess its leaking or something. anyone know where i can get a super cheap projector retrofit kit? im tired of buying the $40 ebay hids every 18 mths.

was the front clip replaced? this is my dads old 70. brings back good memories. those sidepipes sounded so awesome.

lol i figured someone just swapped the front clip. im pretty sure thats the only cosmetic difference between the 2

Your dads old one looks like my cousins his is a 67 but has the ralleys and sidepipes..no 70'* stripes tho

haha yeah. that paint was embarrassing. the car in the pic (ebay selling it pics) was setup about how we got it apart from the pipes and my dad added a bigger carb, electronic ign and a few other things. i cant remember what all he did, he sold it back in 09. i do remember he had a bored out 396 though.

Yeah they one ive got in now is a 396 block but its a 402 from the factory and badged as a 396

yep thats exactly what they did to his. sucks that the owner before us did all them drag mods. it would have been a clean numbers matching car otherwise. couldnt put any weight near the front of the bed cause it was fiberglassed up from either a fuel cell or nitrous tank. cant remember which. gears in the rear end were real high too. that car probably would have redlined at around 120 lol. that thing was screamin its *** off at 70.
