Hans, I am -very- glad to see that you're alive, if not kicking (pardon the pun). BC will always be family to me and you're a part of it. Keep up your spirits and know that you're in my prayers and thoughts. I wish for nothing more than a complete recovery and a return to pictures of you half drunk sitting in the middle of the street again!

My jaw literally dropped when I read this -- it'* like hearing something terrible happened to a family member.

As already mentioned, we are all here for you in whatever you may need. That is one of the most shitty *** expieriences I have ever heard of. The best of luck in healing, and keep us all updated.

Next time I go camping in Northern Ontario I will make sure I scope out the WHOLE area before dark.
