I went out and did a visual, followed the wiring harness looking for any contact with metal. I never had this problem before the rebuild. So I got to thinking, what has changed. I found this. The rear set of plug wires was jammed in here tight up on the wiring harness. I believe that spike was a voltage exchange. Name: P3010307.jpg

Size: 141.6 KB I pulled those wires out, not sure why I had them in there like that. Goes to show when your doing a thousand things, things get missed. I went out for another 20 min drive. I drove hard, and easy, I tried to get it to fail, nothing. It seems to be working now. So time will tell. I even gave it a little WOT from zero. narrow tires, cold road, a bit damp, so crummy traction.

Ya, around 2300 or so. I'm sure I can go a bit higher then that with a 3000 stall.

It'* easy when the nose is pointing at the sky. Fix the weight transfer and you won't be chirpin.

I never pumped up the rear struts and didn't turn off the traction control.
