Dan.. I'll get pics next time I have the ability. It'* far from straight. Not arguing, merely pointing it out in case others are reading and planning to do one.

Chris...Looking good. Most people don't run a tensioner and say it'll get beaten up badly by and double roller. I found one guy (racing the 3800'*) that did run them and after looking at some that he ran.. they looked fine. Unknown how much time he put on them though. The majority opinion is not to run one.

Guys..which input shaft did you put into the trans?

Ya, that'* the 4340, and it'* been in that car for several years now. The M300 is a much better option, may want to watch for one and put that in next time we pull that transmission. And how you drive, I'm sure it wont be to long. B^)

If that'* the case Dan, should have just bolted everything in with velcro. Make pulling it back out much easier!! LOL.

I always used velcro in my Bonne. Made removal much easier.

I'd keep your eyes open for a 300M or Intense shaft. Actually I know a guy selling an Intense shaft from PA. I've heard that the 4340 is not up to the claims on the webside of 2 or 3 times the stock shaft. Personally I've only seen one 4340 break so far.

I think you'll find you stretch the chain within a year if you get on it fairly regularly. The good news is..hopefully within a year there is another 1" chain option out there.

Got about as much as we could done today. Still waiting on some parts, guess who that'* coming from.

All the Intercooler pipes are installed and mounted. Fit in there very nice.

Just fits threw here.

Turbo all hooked up. Yes, I know it'* blue, but that was the only color available.

Here'* how she will be for the weekend.

We're close now. Just need to tighten the waste gate, hook up all the vacuum lines, connect the wiring harness, fill coolant, fill transmission, fill power steering pump, put struts in, install ball joints, put steering and brakes back on, and finish fuel pump. And that should just about do it.

I forgot to ask earlier, but are you swapping out the fuel pump for a bigger one?

Being modded beforehand..it might already be upgraded and hotwired.
