I hope not. Not that I mind building another one.

I'm only saying that based on things I hear about with normal top swaps at what, 9psi? What'* the turbo going to put out, 20psi? Hmmm, lemme see here...
1 beer, he blows out his MAP sensor.
2 beers he relocates the plastic plenum somehwere else besides the top of the engine.
If none of the above happen within a month, then I got a 12pack on the line if the bottom end goes.

I seem to recall him saying he was going to run 13 or 14 psi. I just build them.

Got a lot done today.

First, pulled the struts and ball joints. Both are being replaced.

Then installed the new power steering rack.

Then I got ambitious.

Went in with little effort.

Trans mount just needed a little tug, and it dropped in. Then I lowered it some more and click, the motor mount dropped in. Nothing to it.

Whatever. You make it sound like you installed that engine with the click of a mouse. LOL.

Never had one drop in so easy. Most of the time I'm fighting the mounts, this time was great. Wish all my engines went in like that.

ive read the aluminum upper from a series 3 will fit but has to be adapted to the II tb. you ever do any of those, seems like a better fit for a turbo. i was thinking about it when my intake manifold went just so i wouldnt have the cracking again and mine is stock.
