Series 1 Intercooler. working well, VIDS on page 11.
Looks good Bill
What is the coating you put on the supercharger and supercharger rotors? Thats going to look really nice under the hood? Also were are you going to mount the smaller rad for the supercharger intercooler.

That'* the idea of a Forum. To share our problems and our knowledge.
There'* nothing I've done to either car (mostly) that isn't publicly documented here. There'* really no point in keeping projects secret UNLESS you're unsure if they will work or not.

I was just thinking about how "clean" this looks. If you didn't engrave "Intercooled" on your valve cover, many people won't even notice the finished product is there at a glance. It'* going to be a nice install.
It'll be more obvious than you might think. I'm using 3/4" ID (1" OD) tubing. Stand out like a sore thumb, as does the pump and reservior/checkvalve. The front radiator is an obvious one for any other Bonneville owner.
For the uneducated, I'll get away with it.

I am a satisfied BC member. what you said about fear being the reason people hide and exploit an otherwise great design is very hopeful in light of todays world. Your next mission, Will, should you decide to accept it: Design an SC L36 drivetrain fit for my L27 based car. Laughs. Wink.
No, his next project is to come up here and repeat everything he'* done on my L67!
:P
EDIT: Actually, on second thought, anybody can replicate what Will has done thanks to his detailed writeups and everything and all the pictures. Thanks for that, Will.

I propose duplicating OSV'* M62 powered 3.5 DOHC concept car. But I may be slightly biased.
I have always wondered just how much alteration they had to make, or if it was essentially the same one they plopped on the L67.
