Andrew, we appreciate you bring this to our attention and for the pictures.
After everyone here has reviewed this we do not see any problem in running
these headers, we do stand behind our products and suggest that if you are
not satisfied to return then to the dealer you purchased them from. You
could also address the minor details you fil(spelling error "feel")l necessary and continue with
the installation.

Keep in mind you have purchased these for a vehicle they have not been
tested on and could possibly require some modifications.

going ahead with the install, ran into my first problem. the EGR tube does not fit inside the header. do i cut it shorter?

Advice given over the phone to cut the end of the flex pipe just a little longer than needed (1/8" to 1/16") then custom cut a round donut gasket out of an extra EGR gasket to seal between the shoulder of the flex pipe and the header flange. The seal should go between the flex pipe flange and header flange, not between the flex flange and clamp.

I had to do something similar when I did my Gen3 top swap on the Zilla.

the headers come with a gasket for the egr

and triming is needed of the pipe

the install went pretty good after that. i have not had a chance to fire it up because i am still waiting for my w-body trans dipstick, but i will give my full thoughts at a later time.
