Took the TB off on Saturday, got to working on it today, bought a few bits for the dremel tool.
All in all, it went pretty good, a machine shop could of done this much faster, and much sharper, however, I did gain some room in there for sure.
I left the stock retaining bolts in place for now, until i get some flat ones.
Took about 1.5 hrs total, hand breaks included

Regardless of what screws I use, i will make them short enough so they sit flush.
I used a Multipurpose cutting bit, its round with tiny little blades on it.

I was in a pinch for a flathead screw driver
Don't ask, learn. Buy lots of screwdrivers, you'll lose them, it sucks, alot!

Co-workers ask me why I have a steak knife in my tool pouch when I'm working with Fiber Optics.



yeah, the joke is on them when I tell them it gives the cleanest cut on fiber.
