Dammit, Matt. I really wish you'd have had a machinist do that TB. I don't suggest anyone ever take a dremel to one. I don't like being critical in this case, but a good machinist would have only charged you about 40 bucks.

Things are progressing Matt.
Your engine is probably looking about the same as mine now.

Have you torn of that SC yet :?:

You might as well freshen up those gaskets. :P

If I can suggest a couple things...

Pull the brake booster hose off the vacuum port plastic to make it easier to bolt that port back on and watch the o ring to ensure proper sealing.

When pulling the alternator.. leave the Evap stuff on the bracket from alternator to supercharger and remove it as a single piece.

By taking the larger pieces off w/o unbolting smaller things from parts you are already removing... you will save a bunch of time and extra gaskets/effort.

Matt...I've got a spare 97 TB on the shelf if you are interested.

Yeah, i removed all the bolts and the sensor from it last night before leaving.
All that stuff will move out of my way easily enough when I go to do rockers, shouldnt be to bad at all.
After this, im going to have the cooling system flushed by a good local shop and have it swapped to the normal green stuff..there is some nasty **** in my coolant that I would like to have removed haha
