That don't really sound like arching to me, but on a video it'* hard to say sometimes. Start it up at night and turn all the lights off. Then take a spray bottle and mist everything down. Any arching will show up as a blue flash.

it has to be i cant see anything but it is running on 5 cylinders and the exhaust is rich

tick is mostly gone dielectric grease quieted it and then after a drive it was gone compleatly, but now it is still running like **** i ran it up to 4500rpm and it hardly got to 30 felt like it had a 3100. and i have a whine from the pass side. im thinking the whine was from the belt area as i had less ps assist
