Default CAR WONT START! Security system messed! UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i go out to my car after school today, go to start it, turn the key to start, nothing. Security light is flashing in my face..i tried locking it unlocking it, un hooking the battery. I even turned the key to the on position, crawled under the car, and with a screw driver i contacted the starter terminal, it tuned over started and died right away.
so it got towed to the dealership to get looked at.
UGH!

Maybe the chip in your key has something to do with it? The car shuts down for a while when it detects a problem. :?

He said neither key would work. Sounds like it may be a security chip problem ,not just the keys.
