Yesterday, I "accidentally" fixed my power window that kept getting stuck. Thought it was a regulator, but it turns out the glass was on top of the rubber flap.

Today, I attacked the too-common GP wet floor problem. Once I popped open the cowl, sure enough, the rubber seal was loose. Fixed that, and added a Regal cabin air filter while I was in there.

Now, I'm going to see if anyone has cowl screws for sale, because mine were so stripped I had to destroy them.

I did the cabin air filter on my Buick Century not too long ago. I rolled 50k on it this weekend.

When I was at the junkyard last. I saw a Grand am GT and I am thinking about pulling the intake and the "ram air" and putting those on the Buick.

I'm interested to see how the "Ram Air" setup would work on the Century, Nate.

My LF wheel bearing crapped out on me Friday.. It was making noise for two weeks, but it didn't sound bad. Now it'* clunking and making some pretty bad noises. I don't really trust it to drive very far. Hopefully I can get it in somewhere tomorrow.

Sweet. Did you have to pull the engine at the yard?

Yeah me too! I have no idea if that is even an option. If the junkyard will sell it cheap enough it may be something I want to mess with. I have been looking at 3400 top swaps and that looks like a pretty easy thing to do on this car.

It might be easier and cheaper to make a cold air intake/FWI. I don't know if the air box from the GA will fit in the same place as the Century. I believe it'* a different shape. It would be pretty awesome if it would though, and it would be even better if you could get the "ram air" shroud to fit too.

Have you thought about a 3500 top swap? Might be able to get a little more power out of it than the 3400.

I didnt have time to pull it myself so i had them do it. It was 215 for the engine and 100 to have them do it. I payed for it on my lunch break and they had it out by 4. Its hard to fine one thats complete. It was the only one they had complete.

That is pretty much want I is the ram air cover. I'll have to take a closer look. In the century I have tons of room to mess around with so it might be possible. A 3500 top swap would be cool, but on this car. I'd just do the 3400 top swap and call it a day. I don't know how long I will be keeping this car.
