Well, shouldn't be surprised. It'* a grandpa car. They take it to the dealer for everything so they can get away with over-engineering the thing.

They certainly didn't make anything simple on it. haha. I have to take most of the intake out just to change the air filter. At least it has a good ride. haha

Don't you have to take a mazda half apart to do any maintenance on it? haha. My friend has a 3 and there'* a big plastic piece covering the half of the bottom of the motor you have to remove to get at anything, long with plastic covers over the battery, intake, and god knows what else. haha

I learned the hard way that the oil pressue sensor switch is not a suitable pry point for popping out the passenger side half shaft.

That was a $40 lesson.

Put my winter tires on the car. Took less them a half hour to swap all 4, torque the lugs, and air up the tires. Then put summer tires on the rack.

I just hit he back of the inner CV cup from underneath to pop the pass side.

Haven't done a thing to the car in a long time. If I get a chance..maybe I'll clean it out and wash it.
