Do this about a week after you hand the landlord "ALL" of the keys back. Make sure nothing can be proven to be yours, and leave no fingerprints. Go in late at night, and wear a ballcap. Don't park right in front, and it'* best to drive somebody else'* car.
I like the way you think.
Also, remind me not to pi$$ you off.
The only tough women I know is my wife, but I don't want her in jail.
I showed this to my wife, and she wanted to be sure no one thinks she'* is a

Popatim can vouch for that. But, she don't take no crap from no one either.

Thanks, Jim. Yeah, it will definitely be better in the end.
Hadn't thought of Craig'* list. Thanks for the idea.
I really hope my Boss can get us something, but really I am just glad to be getting out of here.
Just pi$$es me off the landlord would rather get rid of us instead of them, plus we pay more rent and have lived here longer.

give them one of your televisions and tell them its a partung gift. then call the cops the day you are moving and say when you came out tp put something in the truck you noticed one of your neighbors walking into their apt with your t.v...

or if they have a car you can put 3 marbles in there gas tank which wont do any damage at all but it will drive them crazy for months untill they figure out whats all that noise while they drive.. :P

but all in all i love my music very loud. very very loud but i also have kids and i turn it down at a certain time due to respect for my neighbors..

infact right now as we speak i am sound proofing my basement in my new home to make it a studio for my equipment..

The wife wants to know when you can be here.
Seriously, though, I really don't want to do anything.
All we have ever wanted it to live a quiet peaceful, normal life.

I personally like loud music myself, but knowing I have neighbors, I don't play my music loud. I don't even get full use out of my surround sound cause I don't want to bother anybody.
Guess I am just too nice. :?

Wow Brian, thats just nuts. I don't think its legal to get evicted for complaining about the upstairs tenants. That might be something to look into but at this point you both are probably fed up with the whole situation...

Wow, wish I were closer and could help more.

Things usually have a way of working themselves out... it could be a blessing in disguise. I would offer to help, but I am just a broke kid in college living with his parents. :(

Wish you the best man.

Thanks guys, I definitely agree things will work out for the best.
I think the biggest thing will be the security deposit, but will work that out. The stove and fridge will be tricky too, since we need $ for the deposit, but I am sure we will work something out there too.
Really, my biggest concern is finding a new place. i don't want to lie to the new prospective landlord about why we are moving, and I don't want them to think we will be trouble tennants. Who knows what our current landlord will say either.
Also, it kind of bums me about 1 thing. This is the only house my youngest daughter has ever known. We moved here when she was 2 1/2 months old. I know we'll be in a new house next year with Habitat, but that will be our house. Was hoping to stay here til then.

There will be plenty of boxes and furniture to move. Just kidding. Thanks for the well wishes.

Hate to say this, but you probably won't get the security deposit back. The only way you have a chance is to notify the landlord, IN WRITING with a witness, of any and all damage that might exist in the apartment. And make sure that he does a final walk-through with you, and get a signed statement from him that there is no damage. Otherwise he'* going to invent something in order to keep your money.
