2200? Is that including the basement or garage or just the first and second floors. The garage is not livable space but some include it in the SF estimates.

Interesting. I modeled up the house here at work. Of all the people asked, including my wife, realtor and here coworkers, and my own coworkers, all the females have not liked it, all the males have.

Is that some sort of extra phallic symbol thing?

The roofline above the garage looks unbalanced without the dormer. It would give a symmetrical element to match with the little dormer in the 2nd floor roof.

Not my design though.

That'* a laser guided, sonar measuring device in my hand. I don't need no stinkin' tape.


That concrete is slippery as a **** in the rain. The ceiling above that scrap pile is the garage, over 11 feet!
