That'* a good size. Great for raising a family in. Our place we had in Michigan was about that. We downgraded in size when we moved back to Florida as the kids were away at college.

About an hour. It'* 15 minutes in the opposite direction from work as I live now.
How would a dormer look here in the blue square? Ignore the other stuff, it'* a quick Paint job with notes for my realtor.

I would do it. It would set it off from the other houses that look like it.
