actually pre-pay and pay at the pump are 2 different things here:

pre-pay for us is where you actually come in the store and pay for a certain amount of gas before pumping it, then the pump sets itself up to automatically stop on that amount, if you stop it before that amount, you come back in and get your change...its that simple.

pay at the pump for us is simply what was said earlier.
