Default foul-out

When I was trying to start her, I keep fouling-out the plugs. I pulled the plug out, it was saturated with gas. How do I fix this problem? The vacuum lines are all fine.

Can you please keep the problems to one topic? Several different topics makes it very hard to track down a problem
