Guys..a keg would fit in the trunk of a Bonne easily. Might be easier and colder if you bought it in Cheeseland.

Dan.. I bet you thawed out quick once you turned the key.

What'* up with the sealing issue? I assume you are using the ZZP IC gaskets? If so, they are known for being leakers. I'd suggest picking up a couple rolls of gasket material at the parts store and making your own. I've done that twice now w/o an issue.

Ya, it felt great when I started it.

Nope, not using those garlok gaskets. Using the OEM ones with the red line around them. I remembered the problem when I work up this morning. The LIM and IC core are off set a bit on that side. I put the RTV along the inside edge of the LIM and it should have been out further.

The IC doesn't match up to the inlet on the LIM? That'* not optimal. I'm sure you'll have it fixed up soon.

Lemme know when you test drive it. I'm interested in your feelings about cam vs rockers.

I'm going to order two new gaskets and fix it right. There'* about a half inch of the heat exchanger that hangs over the edge of the LIM. Hmm, I might jam some rags in the LIM and cut that part away, then clean it up real good, not sure yet. Don't want to remove the LIM again after putting new gaskets on.

Hmm maybe consider getting a couple rolls of the gray gasket material at the parts store. I've been happy with the success I've had with it so far. It'* funny because it'* lower cost and covers everything well.

Update. The car is dead. The engine was running fine then it suddenly died and has not run sense. After a lot of searching, and a few hours on the phone with Bill, it'* looking like a dead O2 sensor. Running a scan is showing the O2 readings at 450, dead sensor, no activity.

The engine is flooding because of no O2 readings. Plugs are black and dripping with raw gas.

I removed the O2 sensor, I'll look it over close tomorrow.

I've ordered a new sensor. This could be because of a short. I found the sensor plug had dropped down on the header and was melted. I plan to test all the wires.
