It has to be so worn down that the it will barley make any contact with the walls in the lim. Sand paper and lots of time is the only way.

Yes, that'* what I have been using. Sandpaper and elbow grease.
I've been picking away on it for the last month. It'* by no means polished but it is smooth to the touch instead of the rough sandcasting it was.

Your parcel arrived today, in one piece. Laura, had to pay the UPS guy $25. for duty on the claimed $300. value.

Now Laura won't give it to me. She hid it

She says you told her not to give it to me until Christmas.
WTF

I want to get on with this project and now I have to wait 5 more days

So I took off my valve covers, for lack of anytbing else to do and all looks A OK with the valve train and the Harland Sharp 1.9'*.

Then I picked away on the gauge pod.
