Can you recommend a good obd1 scan tool that doesn't rely on the check engine light method?

What is your price range?

Do you want to read OBD I or OBD I&II codes?

Do you want just codes, or to read data? Just ECM/PCM codes or also ABS codes?

Do you want to graph wave forms?
