Forgot to mention I did have a misfire in cylinder 2 and 4 replaced the coil pack cuz they were bad had a little misfire replace wires went away I also replaced the icm and the last coil pack could my ecm be messed up

Ya there is a screen covering the intake but you can spray past it or use snap ring pliers to remove it.see post # 8- and 9.

My throttle plates are clean no carbon on them I run a fuel system cleaner/ fuel injector cleaner in it every time I fill up and I use Lucus or gumout

Yes that is good however what we are trying to do is get you to spray Carb cleaning into the intake while having someone start the car to see it will fire up/ run on the Carb cleaner.
Really an accurate fuel pressure gauge reading in psi off the fuel rail will also give a hint, if your staring problem remains in the tank with the pump itself.

I ache led with the valve on the fuel pressure regulator which is on the fuel rail
