If you are not getting any spark at all, check the icm wiring as well as wiring to the crankshaft position sensor. The ICM handles spark on its own until the PCM takes over at 400rpm, so that means typically the icm isn't getting power/ground, signal, or is bad. Also I believe the main engine ground is on one of the ICM bracket bolts, so check that too. Also make sure none of the wires are broken or insulation frayed and shorting together right next to the ICM plug. It'* a hot spot, and the harness doesn't give much wire slack.

this is also assuming a complete lack of spark has been verified.

I thought he said he had spark.....
cranking but not starting getting spark
First thing i would do is disconnect the MAF and see if it starts.....

Next thing I would do is have someone spray carb cleaner into intake while someone cranks the car over....

Have you scanned for codes?

What code number exactly did you get on the 'rpm signal' code?

I would check fuel pressure too, just to make sure you have some.

Last time I checked fuel pressure I only had 20psi and I don’t remember the code for rpm signal but when it stalled I unplugged the crank shaft position sensor and plugged it back inland it fired up then stalled unplugged it waited like 2 minutes plugged it back in and fired up and didn’t stall

20 psi may not be enough to run the engine.

I would check fuel pressure again more closely. 20psi is not a good number if it'* correct.
