No flat one to the far left? Do you have automatic headlights?

My lights come on whenever I shift it into park. No matter what time of day it is.

Ok, so it makes sense you don't have the flat sensor to the far left.

But I'm still stumped.

So my car is backwards? I tried and tried to shut those lights off, but its impossible. The only time I can do it is when I am in park and I got to reach to the left and flip the switch on the headlight control.

But that sensor in the middle...hmmm...I might see a trip to the local GM dealer coming in sight.

What exactly happens with your lights? DRLs come on only when in park, then turn off when you turn on the normal headlights?

No,no sorry. I start the car up in the day and the lights are off. I shift into park and the lights automatically come on and stay on. I drive around for a little bit, then put it into park and the lights will remain on unless I flip the little switch on that is on the headlight control lever. They are DRL'*, but they just seem really stubborn because I can not shut them off when I am driving which sucks sometimes.
